An exceptional French Art Deco three paneled overmantel mirror featuring carved gilt wood and a lovely floral design all over the frame with a carved cartouche in acanthus leaf design. Both side mirror glass panels are decorated with rectangular shape etching accentuating the Art Deco style of the mirror. The frame is beautifully aging showing a wonderful aged gilt patina.
Period: 1920's
Condition: Good. Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. some very minor and invisible cracks to the frame that are consistent with the age of the mirror.
