Antique Chinese Rosewood Hand Carved Octagonal w Marble Insert Pedestal or Table

Elegant antique Oriental Chinese rosewood fern stand, showcasing exceptional hand carved craftsmanship. The octagonal top features an inset panel of natural marble in warm cream, tan, and rust tones, framed by a beaded edge border. Below, the apron is richly carved and pierced with blossoms, leaves, and scrolling vines, a classic Qing Dynasty style motif. Cabriole legs flow gracefully into carved claw feet, joined by a charming cross stretcher with a central medallion for added stability. The deep, dark patina reflects age and years of careful use.
