His first art exhibition, organized by Malonei Gallery, took place in Ibiza in 1980; he exposed his beautiful oil paintings, portraiting soft colours’ nude bodies in rarefied spaces. Reboani is fascinated by matter; he participated in the stage planning and decoration for Concerto del Primo Maggio, under the direction of Cesare Pierleoni. In the early Nineties, he travelled around the world in his sailing boat and returned home deeply changed. In 1995, as a result of his long and important journey, he exposed his works in Supposizioni ed Itinerari Geografici during the Jazz West Coast in Scalo del Pinedo. The exposition was the first occasion to admire Planisferi: panels made of wood, aluminium or chalk reproducing earth physiognomy. In 1997 Marcello met Melissa Proietti, fashion expert, artistic events’ promoter, she becomes his inspiring muse.
